Hi Matthew,

First of all we would like to apologize for the late reply, our website hasn't been forwarding these questions to our email for some reason, and we have just found a few questions sitting on our web maintenance page.

Regarding the timer. They are designed to go behind any switch plate you choose. Typically our customers in Australia and New Zealand spend some time choosing a specific switch plate which they want consistent throughout the house. For this reason we've made the timer a generic device that can be fitted behind any switch plate. The switch itself just needs to be 10 amp light switch mechanism. Often this would be a 4 gang switch plate that includes the bathroom lighting, underfloor heating, extractor fan and towel rail.

Hope this makes sense. Quantity of 100 is no problem.

Regards,

Maria Prisecaru

I have a DCS heated towel rail which is defective.
I have checked your web-site and it is the CUBO model
Dimensions and style are as per your drawing for this model on your web-site.
I want to purchase a replacement unit that I can install.
I have checked out the supply to the existing unit.
All is correct with voltage & amperes supply so I think only the rail itself can be defective.
I live in the Tauranga area.
Do any of your suppliers in this area stock this model?

I have read your Ecotimer instructions but am unclear on how you get the heated towel rail to come on at a specific time. We want our towel rails to come on for 5 hours from 4am and 4pm. I understand that I wait for five beeps when setting the Ecotimer but how do I program it so that it comes on a these desired times?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I have just purchased the bolshoi towell rail 2nd hand from some people who had purchased the wrong towel rail for their needs. It has 4 plastic thimble looking things in the ends of the mounting brackets, are these what holds them on the wall or do i need to purchase a mounting kit?
Thanks Teresa

Are you able to custom manufacture a floor-to-ceiling towel ladder in a square bar profile similar to your Cubo E towel ladders? I need something approximately 2500mm x 600mm in a satin finish. If so, could you please let me know the approximate lead time? The item would need to be shipped to Perth, Australia.

Apart from an installation guide, there don't seem to be any specs.
I'm interested in the Vega range, but need lengths, widths, wall offset, power type and consumption.
And prices.
Thanks,
Rob.

What is the purpose of the isolation switch, and why does it need to be within 1 metre of the rails

Can the transformer be installed subfloor (in crawl space)

Lived in Sydney for many years - now back in the US would like to install some Scirocco Rails. Would you ship to NYC... what is the Transformer rating - as I would have to replace it with 110V input version. Thanks....

Yes we have many 12 volt rails that are suitable for your application. Any of our modular, lava or ceramic rails would be ideal or if you prefer a ladder rail we can wire them for 12 volt also.

Yes the installation instructions for the Ensuite OZ model is located in the Documents tab, I have just added it. Sorry for the inconvenience we are still updating the website. The concealed cable kit includes a stainless steel bush that screws typically into timber framework. The towel rail cable passes through this bush into the wall cavity.

You will need to talk to your electrician regarding the safe locations to install towel rails as somebody needs to physically look at your situation. We recommend that all our towel rails be installed no closer than Zone 2. However, if there is no alternative, our Siroco and Scarpa low voltage rails can be installed in Zone 1 safely. The Vega rails will be tested in the near future for installation in Zone 1.

I am designing a bathroom including the VEGA heated towel rails.
Can I locate them on the wall at the opposite end to the shower head in a 1740mm long shower bay.

Is there a minumum distance from the shower head to the heated towel rails?
